I used to wake up multiple times every night to pee. Some nights it was 3 or 4 times, and once I was awake, I’d have a hard time falling back asleep. During the day, I was always thinking about where the bathroom was. Running errands, going for a walk, even meeting a friend for coffee felt like something I had to plan around. I was honestly skeptical, but the routine was easy enough that I stuck with it. I use it at night before bed, usually while I’m just sitting there on my phone. After a few weeks, I realized I wasn’t getting up as much. Now most nights I only wake up once, and some nights I make it all the way through. I didn’t realize how exhausted I was from broken sleep until it started getting better. It’s not some overnight miracle, but it has made a real difference for me.
